Companies - rental of a part or a whole house - for accommodating their emploees - rental of the whole house or a part of it - for office purposes - rental of houses for managers and their families 2. Individuals or small groups - weekly comuting employees of companies in the area - technicians working in the industrial park Kechnec, in Kosice or in the area - coaches, comming to the area for a short time (f.e. a few weeks) 3. Purposes and conditions that will satisfy both sides - if you have a fair offer for us, please feel free to suggest it. We keep the right to adjust the prices according to requested conditions. Payments have to be settled in advance. A raugh calculation of rental fees - for offices: - Rental of the lower floor (2 +1 rooms + rest rooms + kitchen corner) = 1.500 € + "services" / month - Rental of the upper floor (3 rooms + rest rooms + kithen corner) = 2.000 € + "services" / mesiac - Rental of the smaller house (5 + 2 rooms + kitchen + 2 x rest rooms + 2 x bathrooms) = 2.500 € + "services" / month Rental of the bigger house (6 + 1 rooms + kitchen + 2 x rest rooms + 2 x bathrooms) = 3.000 € + "services" / month Important!
